We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to dispatch orders placed on working days before 18:00 on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in doing so, sometimes products are out of stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

€3.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€9.05 for registered orders

Delivery is via our regular postman or parcel delivery service. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
