J'attends cinq jours pour avoir leur réponse. le colis ne passe pas dans ma boîte aux lettres donc le livreur n'a pas pu le mettre soit il a menti soit on a encore quelqu'un qui s'amuse avec une cléf (passe partout) et qui ouvre les Boîte aux lettres pour voler nos colis on a mis un message en gros caractères pour les livreurs dans mon bâtiment, mais il respecte pas ils essaient même pas de sonner chez nous... si on descend et on prend le colis en direct, ça prend une minute et ça évite ce genre de problème. Je viens encore de mettre 150 € à la poubelle et j'en suis très en colère bref mais ce n'est pas de la faute de koop je ne mets rien sur le dos du site vos produits sont excellents rien à dire quand je finis par avoir ma livraison. Franchement je vous félicite mais votre transporteur colis privé. N'écoute pas les clients qui rencontre des difficultés dans leur bâtiment et insistent à faire, comme ils veulent, du coup nous sommes pénalisés moi et mes voisins.
