Sclerotia is a cluster of fungal threads that grow underground. When the climate is not ideal for mushroom growth, the fungal threads form sclerotia and absorb nutrients until the climate is favourable enough for mushrooms to grow.

• Never take more than one serving at a time. - Start with half the total weight and consider increasing the dose after 30-45 minutes. - After the initial effects, you only need a small amount to intensify the effect. - Truffles work best on an empty stomach.
