The exotic herb Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) has its roots in Southeast Asia. Kratom comes from several trees of the same species. Since several trees in this family contain kratom, the effects may vary.
Kratom green maeng da originated in Thailand. Users praise this variety for its stimulating yet calming properties, combined with a mental boost.
Use
Put 1-5 grams of finely ground kratom leaves in a tea infuser or strainer and place in a cup or mug. Pour boiling water over the leaves and let it infuse for 5-10 minutes. Then remove the tea infuser or sieve and sweeten the tea with sugar or honey if necessary.
Take a small amount of crushed kratom leaves and fill your vaporiser with this. Select a temperature between 175°C and 200°C on your vaporiser and let it warm up.
