General Information: Due to the unique experience of truffles, they have become very popular in recent years. What is popularly called a truffle is actually Sclerotia, an aggregation of mycelial threads (fungal threads). These threads are located underground. A drop in temperature and increase in moisture creates an ideal climate for a mushroom to grow. When the climate is not yet ideal, the mycelium threads form Sclerotia (truffles) and absorb nutrients so that later, when the climate is ideal, a mushroom can grow from them. 

Usage: 

• Use truffles in a safe and familiar environment. 
• Never take more than 1 container content at a time. 
• Start with half the amount of the total weight in the container, and decide after 30-45 minutes whether to increase the dose. 
• If you feel the effects, you only need a small dose to increase the effects. 
• Truffles work best on an empty stomach. 

• Chew the truffles well, this improves the effect. 
• Truffles can also be taken in the form of tea or soup. 
• Store the truffles in a dark place between 2°C and 4°C. 
• About 1 to 3 hours after ingestion, the trip peaks, after 5 to 6 hours the active ingredient starts to wear off. 
• Use truffles only in mental health and not in depression, high or low blood pressure, heart and/or lung problems, diabetes or pregnancy. 

• Do not use truffles in combination with alcohol, medication and/or other drugs. 
• Do not use truffles during pregnancy and lactation. 
• Participating in traffic is not allowed. 
• Use truffles only if you are 18 years or older.
