Super Bali Gold Kratom - 50 grams

Super Bali Gold Kratom is a compound kratom specially formulated for mood enhancement and pain relief. It has a relaxing effect and is the most bitter kratom. To enhance the flavour, honey or another sweet product is often added when used. 

Although Bali was once the largest exporter of kratom, there are no kratom trees growing in Bali today. Balinese traders composed their product from leaves of kratom trees from different countries and regions to target specific properties. Super Bali Gold is an example of this. Today, most kratom exports take place on Kalimantan (Indonesia). 

Several studies have shown that all kratoms have analgesic effects, but in the case of Super Bali Gold, this property was specifically sought when selecting leaves. Although this kratom has not yet been used in studies, it is important to stress that the effects of kratom are very personal and may differ between users. 

To use Super Bali Gold Kratom, dissolve 4-5 grams in boiled water at 70-95 degrees Celsius and steep for 3-5 minutes. The tea does not need to be filtered and can be consumed whole.

The recommended dosage is 4 to 5 grams. 

The dosage depends on your body weight, sensitivity and the strength of the kratom. Inexperienced users can start with 5-10 grams of dried leaves. Kratom powder is usually stronger than regular leaves, so with that the dosage can be slightly lower (3-5 grams). Extract is even stronger and with that the dosage can be even lower. Kratom is not addictive if used responsibly and not more often than once or twice a month. More experienced users will feel the need to increase the dosage after some time.
