General information: Truffles have become very popular in recent years because of their unique experience. Truffles are actually Sclerotia, which is an aggregate of mycelium threads (fungal threads) growing under the ground. When an ideal climate develops, a mushroom can grow from it, but if the climate is not yet optimal, the mycelium threads form Sclerotia (truffles) and absorb nutrients. 

Usage: 

• Use truffles in a safe and familiar environment. 
• Never take more than 1 container content at a time. 

• Start with half the total amount in the container, decide after 30-45 minutes if you want to increase the dose. 
• Once you feel the effects, you only need a small dose to increase the effects. 
• Truffles work best on an empty stomach. 
• Chew the truffles well to enhance the effect. 
• Truffles can also be taken in the form of tea or soup. 

• Store the truffles in a dark place between 2°C and 4°C. 
• The trip reaches its peak about 1 to 3 hours after ingestion and the active ingredient starts to wear off after 5 to 6 hours. 
• Use truffles only in mental health and not in depression, high or low blood pressure, heart and/or lung problems, diabetes or pregnancy. 
• Do not use truffles in combination with alcohol, medication and/or other drugs. 
• Do not use truffles when pregnant or breastfeeding.
